By using EPICOR Journal Export, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service
Our application allows the export of accounting data from QuickBooks Online to EPICOR. We do not modify, create, or delete data in QuickBooks Online.

3. User Requirements
To use this application, you must:

• Have a valid QuickBooks Online and EPICOR account.
• Authorize our application using OAuth 2.0 to access your accounting data.
• Be at least 18 years old or have authorization from your company.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the exported data.
• You must not use the application for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• You must ensure that you have the right to integrate QuickBooks Online with EPICOR.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by the use of the application.
• We are not responsible for errors in the data exported from QuickBooks Online to EPICOR.

6. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the application at any time.
• Update these Terms of Service without prior notice.
