1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Beyond Solutions Group, Inc. (“Company”) for the use of the software application EPICOR Journal Export (“Software” or “Application”). By using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for its intended purpose: exporting accounting data from QuickBooks Online to EPICOR.

3. Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Share access credentials or allow unauthorized users to access the Software.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the Software, including any intellectual property rights, remain with the Company. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software.

5. Data Usage and Privacy
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. The Company is not responsible for any inaccuracies or loss of data exported from QuickBooks Online to EPICOR.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate it by discontinuing the use of the Software. The Company may terminate it at any time if you violate its terms.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
